In this one, she goes to the library and reads books.

One note: Lola was originally published in the UK so she is not actually an African American.

We love the Lola books! submitted by JulieKurzer on July 15, 2019, 12:39pm My 2.5 year old enjoys all the Lola books. In this book , Lola visits the library, checks out books, and uses the stories she is read to inform her imaginative play. It's really quite lovely.
