A Peaceful Bedtime Read submitted by yorkj on July 13, 2018, 8:07am This has been a favorite since I was a child, and now I read it to my own children. It’s a sweet book of love and independence about a little girl and her baby brother taking a ride on a boat named the Maggie B. The girl lovingly cares for her brother while managing all of the daily tasks aboard a boat. The story entices all of the senses as you imagine their adventure, then lulls you to sleep at the end.
