Read It! submitted by sara on June 18, 2015, 12:15pm I picked this book up because I found poison ivy in the yard. All the adults were standing around trying to decide if, indeed, it was poison ivy. This book is for children, but it's really useful to all ages. It teaches about poison ivy using scientific terms. It also shows how beneficial the plant is to almost all other creatures.

Practical Picture Book submitted by sdunav on July 20, 2015, 4:37pm This picture book is full of useful information for both adults and children of all ages. I thought I knew a lot about plants (and have been able to identify poison ivy for many years), but I learned a couple of new things about it - how it looks in the winter (hairy vines), how many animals eat it (deer! mice!), and some good tips for not getting the rash.

Chidlren's Book Useful for Adults submitted by gardenfaerie on August 29, 2017, 7:12pm Even though this is a children's picture book, it has very useful infomration on poision ivy for all age levels. How to identify it and how it's helpful in nature (not just harmful to humans).
