Unimaginable submitted by sdunav on July 15, 2016, 11:10am Imagine browsing a bookstore, and seeing a picture of your biological mother (you were adopted as a child, but still had sporadic contact with your bio. mother and grandmother) - and learning that your mother's father was a sadistic murderer responsible for the death of thousands of Jews.

Very sad submitted by cbrewster on July 6, 2018, 1:58am A very interesting book about a woman's journey to deal with her ancestry. She to come to terms that her biological father as one of the worst Nazis involved in the Holocaust. She knows that if her grandfather would kill her for being part black. She is extremely affected by this new knowledge of her grandfather, even falling into a depression.

What a story! submitted by delaflynn on August 19, 2021, 8:09pm Fascinating life story. The information that the author uncovers about her ancestry was disturbing to say the least! Interesting to learn how someone was able to deal with being a descendant of a brutal Nazi and realising that she would have been one of his victims if she had been alive when he was murdering people.
