A little cloud becomes all sorts of things--sheep, an airplane, trees, a hat--before joining other clouds and raining.

Little Cloud submitted by SBNB on June 18, 2018, 2:05pm This is a cute little book about a cloud that likes to become other shapes. My kids and I enjoyed it.
Stunning Illustrations submitted by Meginator on July 13, 2019, 10:19am This book embodies Eric Carle’s trademark minimalist style, with an emphasis on his wonderful impressionist paintings. Readers follow a little cloud as it transforms into different shapes across the sky, rendered in bold white, blue, and green brushstrokes against an aqua background. The illustrations have incredible texture and depth to them, and I especially appreciated the rain effect on the final two-page spread. The black text can be somewhat difficult to read against the relatively dark background, but that’s a minor flaw in this otherwise lovely book that celebrates imagination with simple subtlety.
Nice illustration submitted by pmysore on August 22, 2021, 8:41am Great illustration of different backgrounds as the cloud passes through landscape and weather
