Subtle and Serious Humor submitted by John Staunton on August 1, 2018, 10:37am Wry colonial(ist?) perspective. Very enjoyable

An Unforgettable Cast of Characters submitted by sVfGI7Glt2pz7GZgVB90 on July 13, 2020, 1:53am In a genre where humor is as atypical as hope, this is a unique work, a dazzling high comedy that's still humorous after all these years, set in pre-Castro Cuba but clearly Greeneland. Ironic AND unexpected, the narrative may be a little sluggish for some, but the characters are well-drawn and memorable.
