very man-cave-o-centric :-) submitted by hathaway1066 on July 16, 2014, 4:52pm Good guide to renovation of an existing space or construction of a new one--had worksheets for prices of various aspects of such projects, so very practical and realistic about such projects. Lots and lots of pics to show range of possibilities, though the focus of most versions was still on vehicle storage or other vehicle-enthusiast-uses, there are aspects of use for anyone working with a garage and other uses (painting studio, other 'man cave'-ish focuses). Good guidance on aspects like acid etching the concrete and applying paint/sealant/etc., and on wiring or installing a garage door.

Fun just to browse this book, but it'd be at least a good starting point, maybe a guide throughout the process, for any serious make-over of a garage.

Not practical submitted by sara on June 29, 2015, 9:17am I picked up this book for a friend who is in the process of designing and building his garage. I didn't look through it before I handed it to him. He thought it was a joke- basically it showed how to build man-cave super garages to hold your five vintage cars.
