Christina Lane has done all the work to make small batch baking successful every single time.
In addition to specifying exact sizes for the pans, she has meticulously tested the balance between leavening, flour, liquids and add-ins to create the core recipes for white, yellow, and chocolate cakes; brownies; and a multitude of other sweet desserts in batches for one or two servings.
