perfect if you are burned out at work! submitted by sxuereb on July 16, 2017, 6:47am I love this author and loved the topic. He shares lots of "how tos" if you are burnt out at work. How to revitalize your environment to remind you to practice at work, not just in your free time. My favorite suggestion: "Try not to divide your time into 'my time' and "work time'. All time can be your own time if you stay in the present moment and keep in touch with what's happening in your body and mind. There's no reason why your time at work should be any less pleasant than your time anywhere else."
