Informative and interesting submitted by comet on July 4, 2021, 1:32pm When I first picked up this book, I wasn't expecting much. Teenagers are just teenagers. However, this book completely altered my perspective and understanding of adolescents. Interweaving clear summary and analysis of research data with anecdotes, the author explores adolescent brain functioning and development in various contexts: learning, multitasking, stress, sleep, addiction, etc. This book also highlights biologically inherent opportunities to enhance the health and well-being of young people.
