Just how alien is alien? submitted by kaymbre on July 13, 2022, 6:23pm This is a classic of science fiction literature. Clarke uses the mechanism of humankind's introduction to an extra-terrestrial race to explore concepts of evolution, destiny, and the idea of just how alien such aliens might be. The novel was originally published in 1953 and has some of the hallmarks of stories written during the Cold War.
