Yet Another Excellent Christie submitted by Jan Wolter on June 19, 2014, 4:16pm One morning a pretty young woman is found straggled to death on the hearthrug of the fusty library of some stodgy old friends of Miss Jane Marple. Clues multiply, pointing in many directions, and not making a whole lot of sense, until Miss Marple reveals all. I think if you were remarkably good at thinking outside the box and not being distracted by passing red herrings, you might be able to solve this before Miss Marple does, but those of us of mere mortal intelligence will have a pretty good time admiring the cleverness of the construction and enjoying the little bits of humor that pop up along the way, like the character who mentions "Agatha Christie" among his favorite mystery writers. She's one of mine too.

One of her best submitted by airgood on June 24, 2014, 8:50pm This is another great Agatha Christie read that will keep you guessing until the very end!
