Excellent submitted by Ruth Duey on April 21, 2015, 6:17am This is the best book by far that I have read from Nora Roberts. A real page turner!

Wonderful! submitted by ValerieL on August 26, 2015, 4:54pm I wouldn't quite classify it as the best Nora Roberts ever, but it is DEFINITELY a page turner. I had a hard time getting into it at first, but once Shelby took her daughter back to her home town in Tennessee, I really started to enjoy the book. I had a feeling/thought about the ending before I got there and was correct in that feeling/thinking, but even being right, it didn't take away from the excitement of the story.

I enjoyed the characters and the plot line. The setting sounds lovely as well. A page turner and a wonderful way to pass the time.

Liars submitted by Mel Ruiz on August 28, 2021, 11:20am It was a book full of surprise - Richard was a true liar and open eye for Shelby who loved him. She went away after getting rid of all the debts left by the suddenly death of Richard. The end was great.

As a long standing NR fan submitted by ibell.felder on August 22, 2023, 8:14am This book is so good. It’s one that I’ll reread time and an again, even got the audio to put on when I’m busy. It’s always good to slip into the story. It’s got the romance, yeah, but the thriller aspect is what draws and keeps you.

The Liar submitted by ggayathri on August 24, 2023, 5:07pm The pace of the story was really good. I couldn’t put the book down. I could guess the ending though. But that has more to do with my experience reading that genre. Pretty good book about starting over and finding you place with family support.
