At 16 Years Old submitted by jaegerla on October 9, 2010, 10:36am When I was sixteen my favorite book was "Jailbird" by Kurt Vonnegut (which is requestable through the MeL system) with "Welcome to the Monkey House" in close second. It is a brilliant and rambling jumble of intertwining short stories, something only Vonnegut could create. Manned Missiles and Deer in the Works stand out as the most gripping stories.
