COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Good for classroom or homeschooling use submitted by FordAlpha on July 9, 2018, 1:44pm This book is written for 1st–3rd graders and provides a good overview of plant parts and their functions and of photosynthesis and plant metabolism at an age-appropriate level of understanding. The book also suggests multiple hands-on inquiry activities that could be used in the classroom or homeschool. In style it is a textbook, not a read-aloud picture book.
