Artichoke submitted by SBNB on June 19, 2014, 11:51am This cookbook has a different format from what I’m used to. It organizes the recipes based on key ingredients. But I guess it’s interesting in a way, although I probably wouldn’t make most of the recipes in this book. And I was disappointed that there wasn’t actually a “za’atar” section (there was a thyme section, which is basically zaatar).
