I know Julia wrote this to make French cuisine more accessible, but it intimidated me!

I owned this cookbook probably thirty yearsI was single with no child when I got infatuated by Julia Child. So I made these glorious things.
But real life and cholesterol stepped in. But I still enjoy thinking of her joyful self.
