Okay submitted by keldan315 on August 27, 2017, 7:49pm We love Eric Carle, but this doesn't work as a first book of numbers. It is, however, good for older children who are bridging the Gap between counting from memory and realizing what numbers mean.

The book has a top half and a bottom half that turn independently, and you have to match the number up with the correct picture.
