"The Vespers have crossed a line. Amy and Dan were devastated when the Vespers kidnapped seven Cahills around the world, holding them hostage until Amy and Dan delivered an impossible ransom. But at least the hostages were Cahills - members of the world's most powerful family, trained to face all odds. Now the Vespers have gone too far. They've kidnapped Atticus, an innocent 11 year old boy and Dan's only friend. Now Dan and Amy are in the struggle of their lives. Because if they can't outwit the Vespers, the unthinkable will happen . . . Atticus will die."--Amazon.com.

ugh submitted by jmock on July 4, 2012, 12:09pm Getting quite tired of the language in this book--the authors don't even know how kids talk these days! There is one character, Jonah Wizard, who is apparently a rapper, and they have him starting a large portion of his sentences with "yo" and "dawg." This one in particular isn't too bad; at least he didn't even try to risk it with "dawg"
Great submitted by Memoria1224 on July 25, 2012, 2:01pm This book is great. It has a lot of suspense and adventure in it. I can't wait for the next book! I hope it tells us if the AJT is actually Arthur J Trent.
