Irresistible Exuberance submitted by Sara W on August 21, 2015, 11:45am Cat the Cat has the best attitude. She's cheery! She's jolly! She's kind of always shouting! She's great to read aloud. The repetition makes it a great opportunity for an interactive read because with a little prompting, your listener can chime in with greeting Cat the Cat's friends and making their flying noises. But just when you think you know what's going to happen on each page, Mo Willems' throws a curveball. He's great like that.
