Robert Williams, MD, a Chelsea Orthopedic Specialist, will talk bones, stretching, stance, along with training tips to keep you playing this spring, whether you're running track, playing baseball or softball, or training ahead for a fall sport. He will discuss the various types of sports injuries, and will share things you can do to keep from getting sidelined.

Join us this Thursday, February 18 at 7:00 pm at our Traverwood Branch to hear Tracy Schauff, Esq. from the International Center at the University of Michigan. She will highlight the steps it takes to become a U.S. citizen, as well as what the International Center at U of M does.

Join us Thursday January 21st at 7:00 pm at our Traverwood Branch as we welcome Gregory Orfalea to discuss his most recent book, Angeleno Days. Mr Orfalea will share his series of essays originally published in the Los Angeles Times Magazine. These deeply moving pieces are gathered in his book for the first time. Mr. Orfalea will discuss his experiences writing about Arab American society and concerns. His book will be on sale and will include a book signing.

December 21st is the shortest day of the year and the first day of winter vacation for Ann Arbor's schoolchildren. It's also a good day to finish up making your holiday decorations.
