Roadside Attraction

My project is called 'Roadside Attraction'. I got the idea from a magazine article about wacky roadside attractions (I made up my own one, though). The roadside attraction in my project is being either contructed or repaired (or both!). One worker is repairing the sign that says "Wacky the Witch", because right now it says "Wky he Wh"/ Even though the attraction is very cool, the person next door doesn't like it (though it could just be the noise). There are piles of bricks all over, and two of the workers are moving them.

Main Street

After going to the Summer Festival in Downtown Ann Arbor, the great view of the Main Street inspired me of an idea for the 2013 Lego Contest. At first I tried to place a lot of skyscrapers in the beginning, colors black, white, and gold, because they look nice, but I unfortunately ran out of the them. Even though I liked the skyscrapers big and tall, they weren't tall enough as I expected. The Lego people were too big for them. So I used the small round block (They have colors of orange, red, and mostly green and so on...) to use it as people. After I was done with the buildings, I decorated the city with cars, trees, and playgrounds.

You may not know some of the things that I placed in this project, such as: People, Car, Truck, Police Car, Bus, Trees, Playground.

This is the finished City that I made, and I hope you enjoy it.

Spiderman is saving the city from the evil scientist, Dr. Conners, who transformed himself into a giant mutant lizard. Spiderman has to quickly get to Oscorp Tower to stop the lizard from launching a missile that would turn the entire city into lizards. Spiderman is wounded by the shot of a police man but still made it to Oscorp Tower to stop the lizard from launching a missile that would turn the entire city into lizards. Spiderman is wounded by the shot of a police man but still made it to Oscorp Tower by a nice man who got the crane together for Spiderman to swing on. When he got there the epic battle started.

Crime Fighting Super Robot Family!

Crime Fighting Super Robot Family!

Builder: Yotam Chopra
Grades K-2
Coolest Robot

Meet our fancy family of robots! Our largest robot "Robocop," is our most powerful and fully equipped of the group. He comes with wings for flying, many powerful missiles and guns, and moving arms carrying more weapons than he knows what to do with!

Some of his weapons include: a missile on his back, shoulder missiles, head shooters, a fancy sword, and a bulldozer-like ball for smashing large items.

His neck and feet rotate 360 degrees, allowing him to be transported and moved with the help of his command center located at his left hip. From the command center, a robot pilot can give commands for both "Robocop" and his family of robots.

Our second robot "Mom Bot" is known for her intelligent design. She comes equipped with multiple shooters. She also has an extra set of hands at her center, allowing her to multitask with ease through her many crime fighting tasks.

She also has a neck which rotates 360 degrees, allowing her to see all the shenanigans anybody could get into. Super robot mom!

"Baby Bot" is the smallest of the three robots. He comes equipped with amazing far reaching vision. He can see clearly up to a 3 miles! He has the keen ability to fit into hard to reach spaces, fly through the air like a turbo jet, and fight with his light saber!
