Dancing Babies coming to Pittsfield

Pack up the Daddies and bring all the Babies to Pittsfield Branch this Sunday for Dancing Babies with Dianne Dudley. This will be an active music program for families with children under 5 years old.
Put on your dancing shoes ... Sunday, September 27 @ Pittsfield Branch from 1:00 to 1:40 pm.

Dancing Babies!

If you are a member of the AADL storytime crowd then you know Betsy Beckerman and Sara Melton Keller. We have been bouncing to their wonderful songs for years, so why not get up and dance along? I can’t wait for circle dances, marches, and other baby moves at Dancing Babies on Wednesday, August 12 at 7:00 pm at the Pittsfield Branch!

Jazzy Tuesday!

Bring the little ones to join Kathryn Goodson on piano, Erin Zurbuchen on double bass, and Gari Stein for dancing and creative movement on Tuesday, July 21 at 6:30 pm at the Downtown Library. The musicians from the Ann Arbor Symphony have never offered their fun and educational Kinder Concert for families in the evening at the library before so I am really looking forward to dancing along!

Rolling Sculptures

Stop by the Ann Arbor District Library’s tent from 2-8 pm on Friday, July 10th on Liberty St. between Fourth and Fifth Ave. to make a Rolling Sculpture out of goodies from the Scrap Box and meet Hillary Will, the fastest woman top fuel dragster driver in the world, who will also be speaking at the Downtown Library earlier in the week. The library is joining Main Street Area's Rolling Sculpture Car Show for the first time this year just for the pure fun of it! Use all your creativity to design a wild vehicle and you just might win a prize!
