Washtenaw Buisness Relocates: This is the interior of the Hi-Fi and TV Center which has been relocated from the Pittsfield Village Shopping Center to the Arborland Shopping Center across the street. Co-owners are Donald Bailey and Vernon Piers, who are employing 12 persons at the Arborland store. It carries eight brands of television store. It carries eight brands of television and hi-fi sets. Bailey and Piers also operate a store at 304 S. Thayer St., marketing some 30 manufacturers' hi-fi components.

HESSENAUR'S OPENS NEW STORE: Hessenaur's, Inc., has opened a new store at 639 S. Main St. here, which contains 8,000 square feet of remodeled display space on two floors. The above view is of the housewares and luggage departments, and jewelry and camera departments which are to be heavily expanded "within a week or so." Other main floor departments are clocks, small appliances and radios and phonographs. Departments located in the basement include sporting goods, power tools, lawn mowers, lawn furniture and garden tools, paints, and toys. Charles W. Helm of Ann Arbor is manager.

WAITING FOR GIVEAWAY: This group was lined up at 3 p.m. yesterday awaiting this morning's grand opening of Hessenaur's, Inc., of 637 S. Main St., which gave away $5,000 in gifts to the first 110 persons through the door. Ron Clark of Ann Arbor was first in line. He began his night-long wait at 10 a.m. yesterday. About 100 persons were waiting for free gifts at 2 a.m. today. Some of them brought lawn chairs and cots. Others played cards.
