Free Bulb Exchange: A customer serves himself, exchanging burned-out bulbs for new ones. Fifteen sizes of bulbs, ranging from 25 to 1,000 watts, can be exchanged at the Detroit Edison office at 401 S. Main St. Burned-out fuses and worn appliance cords may also be exchanged at no direct charge to customers.
