TUMBLING DOWN - An old Victorian house on South University between the now closed Campus Theater and the mall at 1220 S. University was torn down Thursday in order to clear the way for a Galleria to be built. Another building next door to the house, which was formerly The Great Escape pinball arcade, is expected to be torn down today. The Galleria, which is scheduled for construction sometime after the Art Fair next week, will be attached to the campus theater and contain stores and a food court. The Galleria will be leased by Campus Commercial Properties and developed by Glen Ross Gale Associates. The architect for the project is Hobbs & Black.
