A great find for those who eat both gluten-free and vegan. My three favorite recipes out of here are the Spicy Goulash, the Stroganoff (which I highly recommend adding tempeh to), and the Deli-Style Chickpea Salad, which I like to serve with green leaf lettuce in a brown rice tortilla wrap. The Banana Bread Scones taste pretty good, though they are very dry (they are scones, after all), and taste great with a little nondairy margarine smeared on them.
