I liked this so much when I checked it out that I felt compelled to go and buy it. I have made probably at least 20 plus recipes from it and they have all been great. I made adjustments to some seasonings for some of them to fit my families tastes, but overall the book rocks. I really like that all the recipes are easy to make with easily available items, for the most part. I think it is also a plus that there are such a variety of flavors and regional items. This is one of the books i reach for when I want to make something different or try something new. This resides in my top ten most used cookbooks in my home.
