This movie is an excellent addition to a Friday night. It has everything from witty to juvenile humor and even contains a touch of serious, real life issues. Kristin Wiig is hilarious, as always, with her comedic delivery and subtle humor (and sometimes not so subtle). I appreciated how the onscreen interactions between Wiig and Maya Rudolph felt so effortless. The scenes with the two of them came across as being very unscripted and genuine. Perhaps that is what I loved most about this film, Wiig and Rudolph bring a genuine atmosphere to their characters which makes Annie and Lillian very likable. My only complaint with the film is there were several points in the movie where a character would do something which seemed to be inconsistent with what I thought I knew of that character. However, I am not one to let plot get in the way of a good comedy and I have been recommending this movie to all of my friends who like to laugh.
