This Iron Man movie is one of two superhero origins movies I consider to be great (the other is Batman Begins). Robert Downey Jr. is a great Tony Stark with a lot smart remarks and arrogance who slowly realizes the weight of responsibility after he finds his weapons in the hands of terrorists. The story is intertwined with the events occurring in the Middle East giving the movie some verisimilitude. The lack of a iconic villain the only thing that keeps this movie from being better.
