This DVD provides 3 20-minute workouts, intended to be used progressively as your conditioning gets better (i.e. start with level 1 and then as you get in better shape, move on to level 2, then level 3). Each session covers cardio, strength training and abs in one short high energy workout. The workouts are challenging. Jillian is motivating without being obnoxious. Great for fitting in a workout when you don't have a lot of time.
