This is the hardest workout I've ever seen. Even the models were huffing and puffing and struggling. Although there are beginner modifications, they are seriously tough. If you take this too seriously, you're a masochist. On the other hand, it has some really good abs exercises, and would be a good compliment to Pilates training. So, please make sure you know where your own limits are and can find a good balance when you try this video!
