Interesting, easy read. Lots to think about -- Gladwell says that success comes from adding up lots of little things, and he tells many good stories. Some may question whether being Jewish in New York in 1900 was an advantage. Few would question that working 10,000 hours on your favorite job task would give you an advantage.
