This film explores the role of police in society and their interactions with other institutions in western culture. It can be summed up as a brilliant mixed homage to two genres: british mysteries and cop action films. Expect Miss Marple combined with Point Blank. The film editing moves in a flash forward sequence and also features several picturesque scenes of the English countryside.
