This wordless graphic novel captures the experience of leaving a native land and entering a new country. The bewilderment, sadness, and joy of immigration is represented beautifully with surreal drawings and focus on detail. My personal favorite pages show the growth and death of four different aspects of nature. The flourishing and then decomposition of a dandelion is touching enough to print and hang on your wall.
