If you're horrible about waiting for sequels to come out, don't read this now. It ends on a horrible cliffhanger.
I don't think I've read anything of his and didn't like it. He writes amazing books with characters that really hold onto you. I loved it when he actually CAME TO THE LIBRARY and talked. He's hilarious.
I hate how it ended, but I see that it's how it was supposed to happen. I still cried when that one person at the end dies. It broke my heart. I don't cry when reading books, so that's saying something. The ending made the entire books done for nothing.
I love this book so much. I remember waiting for Catching Fire to come out (and then one of my friends got ahold of an ARC and I loved her forever). I don't think I spent more than four hours on each book. Read them all in one sitting, of course with breaks to freak out at my family.
If you don't want to sleep, read this. The ideas are scary, thinking about what America could come to. I didn't sleep the night after I read this. This is the only book that has done that. I suggest reading it in the morning or while other people are around. Not a book to read while you're alone.
