I found this book too much focus on the high end budget. Pretty, interesting floor plants but still, they just will work investing a lot in finishing these spaces.
This book address the most relevant aspects to make a livable space comfortable, easily accessible, taking care about functionality and aesthetics. It also describes many space saving techniques as well as how to correct problems in the layout of rooms. Would recommend without doubt if you plan to remodel any space at home.
This is a really useful magazine for homeowners that care about aesthetics and quality. Most of the tips are real valuable although challenging. Not so much cheap advertising. For the rest, I would recommend Family Handyman.
This is a quite compact, well organized book about children milestones form 0 to 5 years old. Although is full of bullet points it describes each stage with enough detail. Very useful for understanding how babies learn and interact with their new world.
I found this book very easy to understand. Maybe, there is a lot more to talk about building codes but if you want a grasp on the general idea, this book works very well.
