This was a very action packed end of the series. The tension continues to mount as the moment approaches where it is revealed whether Elysetta will save or destroy the world. A few loose ends aren't completely tied up, but perhaps an ooffshoot series is in the works? I read the first installment of this series for a book club, and just couldn't put it down until I finished all five. Nice read for those who enjoy a long arcing romance.
This is my favorite Christmas movie of all time. A must see for anyone who loves musicals.
This disc contains special featurettes on The Real Deadwood as well as interviews with the creator. Interesting, but not entirely necessary to rent with the first five discs.
A well written love story. I would suggest reading directly after Lord of the Fading Lands, as it completes the cliffhanger the first book ends on.
I was a huge fan of the rest of this series, and was quite excited to see how it would end. However, I found myself largely disappointed in this installment. The book is broken into three parts. The first isn't bad and has part of the feel of the other books. While reading the second part, I found myself skimming a lot, and was largely disinterested in the events that were occurring. The third part mostly reads like parts of The Mammoth Hunters set in the Zelandonii territory, but wasn't quite as exciting. It is worth reading to finish the series, but as it is long, and very tedious I wouldn't put anything down to read this first.
