Not as dorky as the cover would have you believe

Light little rom-com that doesn't succumb to an easy ending.
Fun but not essential

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this but, granted, I had low expectations going in. Fey and Rudd are their usual charming selves and Tomlin steals the show in her small role. I appreciated that the movie didn't settle for an easy ending but got sick of the movie-length ad for Princeton.

Okay, I will admit I watched this because it was referenced on the fourth season of Breaking Bad and I was curious. It's a pretty slow burn but it's decent. DeNiro is solid as ever, but Pacino's hammy performance is pain-ful. Bitter that my pet theory re: Natalie Portman's character wasn't true.
Comedy gold

If you love Kids in the Hall or Monty Python (or, of course, Ben Stiller's brand of comedy), give this fantastic but sadly short-lived 1990s sketch comedy show a try. Also stars Janeane Garofalo, Andy Dick (NewsRadio), and Bob Odenkirk (Breaking Bad, Mr. Show).
Weaker than the first season

Still a lot of fun but I found the stories lacking in Season (Series) 2.
