Perfect soundtrack to driving in the summer months.

I enjoyed this lesser known sci-fi story. I picked it up because the FRINGE creators cited it as an influence. The special effects are very dated, yet still cool in their own way. I wish someone other than Hurt had been cast in the lead role. I've never been a huge fan and his uninspired performance nearly ruined the movie for me.

Speaking of FRINGE: incidentally Blair Brown (Nina) has a supporting role.

Not a good choice for younger children. There's nudity, drug use, and sexual situations.

yet my friends and I couldn't stop watching. It's a good one to watch in a group and heckle.
