The Dark Knight

I admit that this was simply one of the best action-packed movie I have seen in quite a while. The Joker, played by Heath Ledger, put on a phenomenal performance as the main villain in the movie. The dark and serious tone, present in almost all adaptations of Batman, was perfectly executed as Batman faces some severe tragedies during the film.

I think that Lee Child is an amazing writer who builds up the suspense throughout the story. Jack Reacher is stranded in the town of Bolton, South Dakota. Jack Reacher has to face his toughest challenges yet when he agrees to help the town police protect an old lady who had witnessed a drug deal and thus poses as a threat to big-time criminals.

This movie is pretty bloody and violent. The story alone makes this movie look horrible. The movie doesn't manage to capture what the comics tried to portray. You will be better off reading the comics.

After the production of Spiderman 4 was shut down, Sony managed to bring our favorite superhero back to the big screen. This movie provides a backstory to how Peter Parker got his spider powers and who his parents were. This time Spidey is battling against the Lizard, who is also Dr. Connors, and it's not easy as Peter is still struggling to get his powers under control. I thought the new Spiderman even managed to surpass Raimi's Spiderman as it manages to appeal to the entire family.

I thought this movie had a fantastic opening song, which was sung by Adele. James Bond comes out of his retirement in order to help M track down the person who is targeting her. The movie contains a lot of stunts and action scenes executed perfectly by Daniel Craig, which makes this a true James Bond movie. This movie will fill you with so much suspense up until the end that you will be crying out for more.
