I grew up watching this movie, and it remains one of my favorites to this day. I've played sports my whole life, and I credit this movie with teaching me what's really important in sports. (Spoilers: It's not about winning.) This movie is inspiring, heartwarming, funny, and great for the whole family. Anyone who enjoys sports or the Olympics should definitely watch this movie.
Though this album doesn't quite compare to her work as part of Sugarland, I still found it enjoyable. While some of the songs struck me as unremarkble or not original, every song was definitely solid. Jennifer Nettle's voice is incredible, and she shows her variety on this album. 'That Girl' and 'Good Time to Cry' are my two favorite songs from the album. If you can find the Deluxe version of the album, I also recommend listening 'His Hands'. As a Sugarland fan impressed by Jennifer Nettles' voice in all their music, this album was no disappointment.
After reading the description on back of the book, I was expecting to hate it. I only read it because it is my friends my favorite book. But I was suprised to find that it was an amazing book, one of the best I've read. The way the story is told is fantastic. You never know what's going to happen, and every single character is important and interesting. I recommend this book to lots of people, and so far everyone has enjoyed it.
A wide range of Kafka's stories, some short and some longer.
We read a chapter from this book in class, and I enjoyed it so much I checked it out from the library and read the whole thing. It's a great book of stories, but also has interesting commentary on stories themselves, and what makes a good story. Very thought provoking.
