A friend of mine had read this book and said it was really good. I decided to read it too and I ended up really liked it. It was a lot like The Giver but with a few changes. I would definitely recommend this!
When I first started this book it seemed these characters were pretty normal besides the fact that they had cancer. They had a favorite book and loved video games. But through their averageness, you could see something special in them. I kept on reading and reading. It's one of those books that you can't put down. I loved it.
I really felt the hope that Cam's mother had for Cam. I loved Cam. She was a realistic character but had that unrealistic part of her that she got from being a fictional character. I thought this book was a lot like The Fault In Our Stars by John Green and I enjoyed reading both books. I wish Wendy Wunder had written more books!
My friend lent me this book and I really liked it. I liked the style Stead writes in and I find it pretty easy to follow along. There are a lot of little mysteries that happen through out the book that may seem confusing at first but later you find out what happened. This is a great story where Georges deals with his friends and family.
My parents had been telling me what a great book this was but I never got around to reading it. I didn't think it would be that interesting. I took a class on this book and I realized how great this book was. I loved all of the characters even if they weren't a huge part of the book. I thought the book was amazing and I'm really glad I got to read it.
