Too much violence and swearing (and I swear a lot), but such a great story and filled with talent. Worth watching.

The Meryl/Julia scenes are amazing...worth watching the movie for. Busy yourself with snacks during the Julie parts.
If you like feeling embarrassed for the characters and writers when you watch a romcom, then I'd say go for it. Otherwise, get a Ryan Gosling flick instead.
...head over heels for this movie. It's Gorgeous, well-acted, and a beautiful story. In watched it twice while I had it rented for a week.
