Obadiah has to make "friends" with a seagull while his siblings tease him about his "friend" the seagull. Eventually, Obadiah does the seagull a good turn, and feels that they really are friends.

This is a really great book, wonderful pictures too.
This is a great medication on what happens if you are bored, and how you can fix it. Love the book.

This is a warm book with beautiful drawings that exposes the emotional underpinnings of making fun of kids who are "other," and that also shares how forgiveness works.
