Love the 10-minute format

The 10 Minute Solution series of exercise videos has an easy to understand format. Each title has a selection of 10-minute segments. You can do one or several in a session, depending on your time, interest, and fitness level. It's a great way to start and ramp up a fitness routine. Five Pilates segments, each with a different focus

Chris Freytag has an easy and inviting style. The routines are pretty easy to follow, and are nicely varied.

Kids enjoy yoga and movement

More like a structured playtime than yoga as adults know it, this video kept my daughter interested even past the age of six. I recommend it to any parent of a preschool to 1st or 2nd grade child as an excellent introduction to yoga or creative movement.
