A collection of peppy short pieces, with lots of energy. This would be great background music for getting motivated. It made me want to get up out of my seat and dance. I think I might try this as music to do housework by.

The 10 Minute Solution series of exercise videos has an easy to understand format. Each title has a selection of 10-minute segments. You can do one or several in a session, depending on your time, interest, and fitness level. It's a great way to start and ramp up a fitness routine. I felt the 'Carb' part of the title a little misleading...it's not like an exercise can specifically target one source of calories..but these were good exercises for burning off calories, so it's a minor quibble.
Love the 10-mintue format

Some of the titles like this one focus on one type of exercise, some have a mix of styles in one video. This was a fine addition to my exercise rotation, which is mostly Pilates and Yoga.

They do break down the routines well, so if dance is your thing, this could be a good fit.
