This is "Stephen King's" The Shining, meaning that he produced it, so it's much more true to the book. So, if you loved the book it's interesting to see how this is compares to the book and is different from the original movie. Sadly, as far as movies are concerned, this is no comparison to the original movie.

Terrifying, well crafted "short" stories (it is Stephen King, after all!) with just the right balance of fear and mystery.
