It was a very inventive way to tell a story. The main character, Christine, is truly a troubled soul who can't be sure--really sure what is the truth. Her mind plays tricks on her and as a reader you are never quite sure what is real and what it imagined. Kept me going until the end.
Such an amusing and light mystery comedy from Great Britain! Doc Martin is a surgeon afraid of blood and unable to really communicate with those in the small town he has moved to. Loved it!
This is certainly a classic that never gets old! No matter how many times I have seen this movie--and it's been a lot--I never tire of the antics. Matthew Broderick does a great job of manipulating the situation and people around him, yet still charming his friends and neighbors. Even his sister comes around in the end. Overall, a great movie!
this was a pretty good movie, though somewhat bittersweet considering the circumstances that the characters find themselves in--taking care of a baby after her parents died in a car accident. There are lots of funny moments, but I think I was surprised at how much of a tear-jerker it turned out to be. Well worth the laughs and even the tears.
I really love Jason Mraz's voice. It's just wonderful to listen to. I only just realized that there was additional web content linked to the disc. Will have to check it out again to experience the extras.
