I was persuaded by a friend to give this book a shot. I was hooked in the first chapter. Rob Lowe does an excellent job as narrator of his life and his stories are incredible. Stories I Only Tell My Friends is a great book with MANY celebrity cameos.
This album might be good to have on in the background of a casual party (skipping the spoken meditation tracks). But I found some of the beats and music to be extremely distracting.
It's been about two years since I've seen this DVD, and the one thing I remember about it is laughing at how bad it was. Don't watch this expecting any serious help with refreshing, remixing, or restyling.
And I love me some Will Ferrell.
You may be tempted to watch these documentaries because the big cats are beautiful, but be careful! I'm used to gruesome nature scenes but was not a fan of seeing the cats get shot by snipers!
