Welcome to the first Weekly Rundown Podcast! Every week, you will be able to come to our webpage and listen to the programs and events happening for children and teens at the Ann Arbor District Library.

This week, stay glued to the podcast to hear the insider interview at the end. Librarian Elizabeth interviews five Pokemon enthusiasts who frequent the library Pokemon tournaments. How far have we come in the war on cancer? The PBS film The Truth About Cancer addresses this question as filmmaker Linda Garmon tells the stories of several patients’ battles with the disease, including that of her husband. The film will be shown on Thurs., July 10 at 6:30 pm in the Downtown Library 4th Floor Meeting Room. Linda Langmore, MSW, St. Joseph Mercy Health System Cancer Center, will lead a post-film discussion.
